Pricing FAQ
What does one credit buy?
The HD files for one photo: the digital file and, for documents with printed photos, a 4x6 print sheet. Saving that photo's files again in the same tab doesn't use another credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a passport office rejects a photo we sold you because of its size, head size or framing, we refund it within 30 days. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free check. You sign in with Google to buy and download HD files.
Why can't I buy UK or Canadian photos?
Their rules don't accept photos cropped or edited by software. We check those photos for free instead.
